My go to meal, I sometimes eat on a daily basis:
Base of French fries (buy frozen cook in oven)
On top of that about 3/4 a pound of ground beef
On top of that a1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
On top of that grated assortment of cheese
On top of that hot sauce or some onions if you want
I have no idea if it’s trad or healthy or whatever but I feel energized. Carbs from the potato and protein and fat from everything else. I believe this is a good diet. Also on the side enjoy juice beverages and chocolate ice cream. All good things.
