>>15985803personal favorite is making a nice pasta sauce from scratch with plenty of fresh herbs, garlic, habanero and red wine after preference, then you get some minced lamb, finely grind some rosemary thyme pepper salt and chiliflakes, and of course some more garlic (i like garlic), and whatever else you like, a little bit of beef stock can elevate the taste quite a bit, so you just mush all those seasonings and shit into the minced lamb meat until its spread out evenly, make some meatballs and put them into your nicely boiling pasta sauce that you have now moved over to a pan of suitable size, as the lamb meat boils the fat it releases will make the allready delicious pasta sauce into something straight out of heaven, cook the meatballs in the sauce while you boil up some pasta, serve that shit with plenty of shredded parmesan on top and some nice red wine to go with it, now thats a good meal
