A guy with testosterone levels of 300 will have to work multiple times as hard with worse results than a guy with t levels at 900. The higher t guy could be eating mcdonalds everyday and still put on more lean mass than the lower t guy. If any anons suspect your t levels are low, make sure to increase that naturally as much as you can. Then the muscle gains in the gym will come much easier.
