it's also entirely possible that the automated systems and instructions are shitty and vague so that it's a crapshoot discerning the correct information which likely wouldn't be the fault of the people that i actually end up talking to so there'd be no reason to yell at them
it's all a frustrating process but i don't think i'm at the point where being mean about it will be useful yet
