Read a book that challenges you, go for a walk in the dark, Unplug, notice the world around you, the sky.
Do something that enriches/improves not only your life, but some random stranger's as well.
Something small.
Avoid groups of people who clearly live their lives trying to live up to the screens.
Hang out with freaks, Gamers, whatever.
