I used to try and help them, like I was worried they were dead. If they have glasses on or something that will get broken / stolen from them being passed out like that, I will take them off and put them on the inside of their jackets.
I will say, about 1/4th of the zombies are white, which is higher than you see in average homeless camps in the North East.
