I don't think they could turn the tissue up my ass into an antenna without the surrounding tissue becoming the same antenna, and I don't think making the tissue into a discharging receiver is realistic at all, localized or not. I think it's the implant that allows for the localized discharge of transmitted EM ENERGY. The implant gets in there by stabbing. The stabbing implement gets in there by sexual battery.
