>>14947829The cheap cookies I get at the dollar store stayed the same price, but are about 2/3rds the size now, aka 50% price increase.
A lot of stuff got smaller. They started in the shrinkflation in the 1980s, along with larger sizes costing more per ounce than their smaller counterparts. They fixed that though with the price per ounce tags, but the stores don't use the same measurement units on all of them thereby confusing most who can't do quick math.
Spaghetti sauce used to be 36 ounces. Then it went to 32, then 28, then 26, and I think it's 24 now. Shrinkflation is everywhere now, except for gallons of milk - I think? Orange juice used to be an honest half gallon, 64oz, but was 59oz last time I looked. Fucking kikes.
Kikery infects all aspects of life. It's past time to end that (((problem))).
