Why don't I have the courage to do it? When someone is irredeemably sick, it's so cruel to let them suffer, it's such such a selfish act to keep them like that because you cannot come to terms with loss. When your pet is suffering and dying you put it down so why can't the same be done with people why can't I do it, what's there to wait for, how much more misery does it need to pile up to finally push me over the edge have I not endured enough humiliation and pain so far how much further do I need to struggle. Sick, sick irredeemably sick, incurable people should should just be put down.
