stimulants tend to have a vasoconstrictive effect which does impair erection, but it wasn't caused by stress, likewise coming off of stimulants the orgasms and sexual frustration wear off because it all feels dull and unsatisfactory, has a lot to do with dopamine levels in brain and endorphines in your blood, it's like switching from wagyu beef to cheap onions substitute for meat
