I suggest taking a note from web designers and putting white text with progressive buzz words on the page. Write words like poc, justice, progressive, black, African, diversity, etc etc all over your cover letter in white text so only the algorithms will read it. They will put you into the pile of resumes that the recruiter actually gets to see.
