>>8780307>How have you improved yourself this week/month/year?Well for starters I'm quitting vaping/smoking. Shit has been hard as fuck. I bought some nicorette and threw out all my vape shit. I miss the throat hit so badly but it'll be better for me in the long run. The nicorette helps keep the side effects at bay and I've had to use less of it lately. I'm running out, I'm going to try not to buy more. I think it's been 5 days since my last vape, pretty proud of myself.
Also trying to read more. Been reading Trial and Death of Socrates. Pretty good, a lot of it is still over my head but it's different and interesting. My attention span is very low, hard for me to read more than 10 pages at a time.
Trying to play less vidya. This is easy enough, vidya isn't that much fun lately. Still waiting on the KH 3 DLC, Death Stranding, and the FF VII remake though. And Elden Ring eventually. The new Link's Awakening remake was good.
Got surgery on my knee so I didn't work out for a month but I'm getting back to upper body shit. Mainly a push/pull calisthenics routine 4 or 5 times a week. Taking it slow to start, God forbid I compromise my surgery.
Forewent hanging out at my friend's house to binge drink and watch anime, spent time learning programming, doing nofap/noporn and it's going okay, and tried to work on my certifications that I still need to do. Overall I'm being pretty productive, feels good.
Excuse reddit spacing and blogging. And the fucking dumbass /fit/ jannies have been removing /sig/ threads so now I have to come here. Fucking jannies.
