Burglary of a motor vehicle (they tried to charge me with organized crime because a buddy and I did it together), then I pissed dirty while on probation for that and got 90 days in jail (honestly should’ve done it sooner because I’d much rather spend a few days in jail vs 24 months probation at the time), and most recently a DWI, unlawful possession of a weapon (because I had alcohol in my system and a gun within reach) and had an illicit substance in the car which they DEFINITELY found but I wasn’t charged with, and then public intoxication shortly after that. DWI is easily the worst out of all of them. My county recently got pretty serious about DWIs so they’re really bending me over the barrel because of my BAC. Luckily the DWI and PI both happened on weekends so I was out the next day and didn’t lose my job and am still going to school. Just a LOT of wasted money and time, hoping I don’t get a felony cause much gunz. Oh and portable breathalyzer 4 times a day sucks donkey dick but hey at least I’m no longer an alcoholic.
4/10 never drinking and driving again.
