RULES:
Each turn will be 5 minutes long. If all current players have stated their intention, the turn will instantly end. If you do not state your intentions in the 5 minutes, the turn will end without your nation doing any action.
New nations can be formed at any point in the game, as long as there are enough colour slots available.
The round timer will start as soon as a nation is formed.
Alliances are disabled.
