I'm still shit, but if you want to improve I suggest
drawabox.com and ctrlpaint especially for digital drawing. Pick up books at /ic/ and try to get critique, but ignore the shitposting. Check out art channels on YouTube like Proko, Sycra, Aaron Blaise, Draw with Jazza even. It's really whatever works for you, there's no real way to learn how to draw, so you'll get a lot of conflicting information.
