Higher altitudes increase solar output due to less atmospheric filtering and scattering, which doesn't necessarily make things hotter but will burn skin a lot faster.
110°F with 20% humidity at 1.2 miles above sea level? Totally fine. Just have lots of water on hand and cover up with light clothes.
