there is no such thing as -1000 degrees the lowest you can go is -273 C or 0 K (i'll go with kelvin)
it won't matter much anyway
also the sun is not 1000C it's way higher and in the core it reaches over 15-mil K
now with the (im assuming equal mass) steller sized ice ball smashing into each other creating and incredible amount of energy and heat completely negating the low temprature of the ice sun
the crash would create so much energy that a large amount of hydrogen in the ice sun would instantly fuse into heavier elements creating even more energy leading to more fusion to more heat to then more fusion etc.
this chain reaction would most likely cause some kind of steller explosion duo to an abundance of lighter ellements hyper accelerating the fusion proces
i haven't even mentioned how the gravatational forces would rip the stars apart and sling mass into the system
