Btw, I've watched BLOOMBERG yesterday before the close. A lot of people want that 50 bps. A lot of talk about 50 or 25 bps. A lot of pressure on the Fed. I think, with eyes on the Core CPI and Core PCE the Fed can not cut by 50 bps. It always seemed like they'd do gradual, slow cuts, as it was indicated by the dotplot. If they do a 50 bps cut, they'd lose trust in their abilities, foresight and also in their "word" (dotplot). Additionally they would admit failure, as they had the chance to cut last time, but didn't choose to. Still, everybody wants a 50 bps cut now. So, what happens? They cut by 25 bps and the market has priced in 50bps and we dump. They cut by 50 bps and they lose respect and credibility, and we dump. It's dump or dump.
