no, never. sometimes when i feel like it i'll try to arrange the portion so it looks nicer but i draw the line at literally drawing shapes on the plate with sauce or getting pipettes to squirt little drops of it
but even all that aside, it's still a stupidly elaborate way to make fish. wtf was the point of doing all that shit
