Anons, I am at a bit of a crossroads here.
I am 31, and have a wife with a child on the way. Currently have a 3 bed 3bath house that the mortgage is 3% and cheap as hell on. However, I want more kids I can either add an addition adding 2 more bedrooms and a shower down stairs. Or use that as a down payment for a $1m house that has 5 bed 4bath and more acreage. downside being my mortgage would go from like $2500 to $6000. Which I could qualify for but I am working two jobs at the moment one of which is paying $180k a year, but idk. I need financial advice.
