The meme is about the growing divide between older 4chan (2005 - 2010) and newer 4chan (2011 - 2018), since the two are effectively two entirely different generations in America and have very different values. The older side is slapped with the boomer label to make them appear out-of-touch.
Example: every so often you will spot someone talking about playing Halo 2 online back in the day and how it's so much better than Overwatch. True or not, it makes the poster appear biased toward antiquity and perhaps blinded by nostalgia. Just take anything somebody from 4chan would like from 2005 to early 2010 and post a Monster-sipping Wojak, that's all the meme really is.
