Cockeyes is a lad from down under with a great distaste for pooftahs and their fag behaviour. His stand appears as a giant bipedal croc who has an electric chair head-strap wrapped around his skull while telephone wires are wrapped around his whole body. It's ability is to shoot high voltage electricity at enemies but too much use can damage the stand.
