Not even an instant of shock, concern, or humanity. Just automatic, sadistic glee. I’ll remind you that Kirk wasn’t a war criminal or a serial killer, he just disagreed with them publicly. That’s it.
These are soulless cretins, that much can’t be overstated. They walk the earth with no inner voice, and only experience emotion when they believe “their side” has won some small victory against anyone who isn’t them. There’s no common ground to be found with them. A functional human has nothing in common with these things.
