>>18217245the hair transplant will take the hairs from a thicker area, usually behind the back of your head and thin that area out and put all those hairs on your front area
after getting your transplant yes your hair will grow in thicker at first but you will then also need to keep using those same hairloss regiments, because if you dont your hair will just keep falling off, depndant in what way your transplanted may or may not fall out, the hair behind your transplant will keep DHT thinning and it will end up looking super weird eventually if you do not adhere to those same hair loss regimnts
most important angle for hair loss: DHT Blockers (androgenic alopecia) It will make less of the testosterone convert to DHT, so you end up with some more test but also some more estrogen (since test aromatizes into estrogen) but it should be minor puffy nipples at worst, even the strongest internal one Dutasteride supposedly only few people actually have severe side effects. Do not ever give a DHT blocker to a pregnant woman though it will impact the development of a male baby to the point it might become a deathbirth! It does things like penis growth, growing your beard and deepening voice but is pretty much useless after puberty is done and thn promotes hairloss and mkes you look old. Normal test is sufficient for the androgen functions especially if you work out since you will have increased test levels with strenght workouts anyways
(like Fin/Dut/Saw Palmetto/topicals like (i use) Rosemary is actually really good and smells amazing just gets greasy after a couple applications and you will have to wash off, its wellness in a bottle tho. Peppermint oil is also quite good for hair loss prevention if applied topically)
other angle: minoxidil enhances growth, theres also some alternative producs like nanoxidil and whatnot that have slightly different structure, its kinda expensive and takes a long time to work, can cause tinnitus and actually droopy eye bags dont overuse
