Coming up now, we have a match pitting WWA Dojo alumnus Holly Hope-Again against newcomer and Dojo trainee Carmody Jefferson.
Holly Hope-Again has been a proponent of self-reliance and independence, and has criticized both former and current Dojo attendees with harsh and unfiltered words. This has included harsh criticism of Sola Fire, both at the Dojo itself and, more recently, at a house party thrown at the Night Villa by Onigiri, when Sola became unwell after drinking spiked punch. This in turn drew the ire of Carmody Jefferson, who fired back first with some caustic comments when leaving the party with Sola, and then with a challenge issued which Holly has accepted. Now, the two will meet one-on-one in the WWA ring. Holly Hope-Again's career since leaving the Dojo has been one of highs and lows that has seen her cut a swath through many formidable opponents, while her next big decisive victory on the big stage proves elusive. Most recently she goes forth into her second PWE main event at Judge, Yuri, and Executioner as a member of Team DOG in the Dog Fight Match, but does so following recent hard-fought losses to Nefertiti and Kelly Omega.
Carmody Jefferson is widely seen as a rising star in the WWA, but one that was brought low after a brutal backstage assault from Lightning Nika during a recent show. Can Carmody earn a prestigious victory over a proven star of the WWA and make Holly regret her harsh words? Or will Holly reassert herself with a win here, en route to her starring role in the Dog Fight Match at the upcoming PWE?
