You hate them because you feel they are doing wrong and deserve to be judged, but that is God's place, not yours. If you had faith in God you would not hate them. You would trust God's judgement and you would have peace.
These wars are insignificant in the grand scheme of things. Romans hated celts and germanics. Now those people marry each other and vacation in each others countries. They do business and eat with them too. Thousands of nations rise and fall. God is forever.
