>>16896885Book related kinda summed up a lot of various things I've learned in trying to heal and brought them together. There very much is a brain response to things we do, but we can make attempts to rewire ourselves to change how we experience our lives. Aspects of Buddhism, Christianity, the Jungian individuation process....a lot of this stuff rhymes with each other. And again, no being mechanical about it. It's like pretending to be vulnerable to see how others treat you, you're not actually being vulnerable. Feelings and emotions matter, how you look at them (probably at a subconscious level the most), affects how you interact with the world. You might low key hate yourself and be to disassociated to realize it because of dealing with threats from (((the world.)))
Get God in your life, listen to your emotions and use your brain. However, these things need to be done not by ego, otherwise our bodies might do goofy shit. Ultimately, it's your life, only you can take ownership of it and understand it the best, but if you're too disassociated from yourself, you'll likely miss out on things you need to observe, feel and resolve to experience life "normally." That's the only reason I would recommend therapy and more bizarre abstract therapy, to get the brain to engage with the world differently than normal. You seem to have a good head on you, so I guess keep fucking around to learn more about yourself. I do recommend looking into the trauma route some more and while you do that you can also discipline your diet, fast and shit out the parasite jew too.
Mods are gay nigger faggot trannies.
