I know it's a difficult behaviour to curb, but I think comparing oneself to an unreachable perfect ideal is never a healthy thing, whether man or woman
your bf loves you as you are and will presumably continue to do so, just try to recognize that perception of you and use it as rationale over your own self image when you can
