I made a friend at a club. We're supposed to go have a beer. But I don't even know if I want to. I think he insulted me when he said "you don't have to try to hide your dialect" even though I grew up near this city. Many people have said similar things in the last year, it's like they're saying I have a speech impediment and I'm sensitive about that now. This guy was alone at the club, which indicates he has no friends, so I'm probably not the first person to find him unpleasant. He also said he's a little autistic. Maybe I'll never get any friends if I can't forgive. Maybe he didn't want to insult but did so because he's autistic, he didn't understand that what he said could be insulting because he's autistic. I'm kind of autistic too. I was the one to drive the conversation the whole time. And I was the one who texted. He couldn't go out last week, said we'd do it this week instead. He probably won't text, I'll have to text. What do?
