Sure if you have leaky gut (damaged gut lining) then I guess lectin could be bad. But not just lectin... in fact so many other things as well. What about gluten in bread? I know that when my gut used to be in bad shape, eating bread would fuck up my skin really bad. When I ate lentils cooked, every so often it tended to give me some minor skin issues. Ever since I adopted the raw diet, my skin cleared up like you wouldn't even believe. Gut health is a mysterious and super mega complicated topic and this makes it so that there are so many god damn myths about it. So keep it simple: trust your own experience. Try shit for yourself and LISTEN to your body.
