Paint eyes on a wood bead, take yr time and get them spirited
Bake polyclay hands and feed onto the skeleton. 10:1 flesh tone:translucent mix for strength (translucent dont crack)
Cut hat, clothes, beard from superglue-able felt (superglue melts and bonds some felt instantly and does nothing to others, find first kind)
Place clothes over skeleton with small slit for neck
Place bead on neck wire and fold over bead
Glue clothes around skeleton
Glue hat on bead, with "scarf" trail wrapping around neck
Glue beard/hair if desired
Glue cape if desired
Shape skeleton, move through several poses to get a more natural look
Treat carefully at a distance with lighter or heat gun to slightly shape/color felt
Hide outdoors to gnomepill unsuspecting victims
