Diceman is just bottom tier no matter how you cut it. No GET archive reports him and the site doesn't even list his accomplishment as a GET. I pick no sides in the battle and find the rise of Kagari to the plate amusing, but by raw digits Diceman might as well be a random image like a lolcat.
