>I read something about how they definition was changedYep, I know exactly what you're talking about. Autism is (at least officially) known now as autism spectrum disorder, or ASD. In addition, there are several autism-like disorders which are often conflated with autism, such as sensory processing disorders and there's a huge controversy to whether or not they should be considered separate disorders.
