>>17806883the problem with all this romantic inspirational preamble is that you're gonna load yourself up with so many expectations that you end up spilling your spaghetti when you do happen to meet someone you like. it's good to think about this stuff if it leads to better activity and quality of life but i would caution against allowing it to be so weighty. when you're projecting an ideal onto every potential partner you're setting yourself up for failure and resentment the second reality doesn't match up to the dream.
