I like that he has those flower eyes, it looks neat
Although it seems like he has half of his head missing, and i assume the two skull beings are fiddling with what remains of it
I think those creatures might be the top half of his head in metaphore, his mind, the head is his logic, the animals his creativity/instincts and the skull beings his fears
i dunno how i came to this conclusion but it seems correct to me
