Granted the rules make it gay, just put 2 men in a ring with gloves and who ever is left standing wins, but it is truly a test kn who is stronger.
Why have you not taken lessons yet?
If you actually had jobs and put aside vidya for literally 2 hours a day for maybe 4 days a week you could be fit and a fighter in a year while having fun.
It is much more fun than the gym doing random workouts.
