not quite green, not quite blue, but not quite either as it lacks saturation and is a bit darker in general light
copper has more the malachite bright tinge whilst chromium has a deeper emerald green to it (though in specific cases it does produce a wonderful purple)
I guess this could be some kind of silicate with iron contamination, as for is it sedimentery or igneous, crystaline or amorphous
I'd either go with methamorphic sandstone or just regular sedimentery sandstone, but I know shit about rocks so idk
