The History Channel and Sci-Fi were in their Golden Age as well. Discovery was starting to decay with American Chopper, but still had MythBusters. TLC had Junkyard Wars but Trading Spaces was hugely popular so they went with catering towards women. Nickelodeon sucked besides SpongeBob. Cartoon Network and Adult Swim didn't nosedive quite as hard. I watched a lot of TV; didn't get internet until 2006 being in bumfuck nowhere. It's funny that MTV "didn't have music" back then but now it really doesn't.
