Answering your question, I am diagnosed with NPD the vulnerable type, with some hint of sadistic personality disorder too (this isn't used in the DSM anymore).
And cluster B people, narcissists, sociopaths, borderlines and histrionics all have some defecits in emotional empathy, even borderline have some weird form of emotional empathy and are incapable of feeling love. These people are like me, they understand me, they know how it is to be emotioneless or empty, so I love all my cluster b friends
