You start off in a pushup position, raise your hip a little, lift one of your legs towards your stomach, then push that leg away from your stomach and do the exact same thing with your other leg and repeat. You got to do it fast. The faster you do, the better. It really does help with your legs. It's hard to do if you're doing it incorrectly plus your arms would get tired so don't do it too long.
