Every single man on earth looks better whilst wearing decent clothes. Every man looks like an Übermensch whilst wearing a well-made suit that fits correctly, even the ugliest most decrepit bastards.
I don't dress my best every single day, but I know I can look good if I need to. I am overweight and not the best looking man on earth, but when I dress well I can do anything. Not to mention that a good suit feels almost like a combination of armour and pyjamas.
For your own sake acquire a decent wardrobe and you will notice a change in the world the very same day. Just by dressing better you are making the world a better place.
