Is transgenderism entitlement?
>I share none of the biological functions, history, oppression, culture, physical features, biological disadvantages, social responsibilities, or advantages your gender has faced but I've decided that I'm one of you so I demand I share the same safe spaces and participate in the same things as you while you accept it
I don't care if you crossdress but saying "I'm one of you just because I feel like it" and wanting to engage in everything they have despite not being under the same circumstances sounds like entitlement. Maybe this is why so many trans are middle class whites
And not only that, but unlike being lesbian, gay, or bisexual, transgenderism is ENTIRELY based on looks. Whether you're an attractive gay guy or ugly you can say you're gay and people will believe you with no question. If you're a feminine looking mtf people are more likely to believe/accept you but if you're masculine people will likely just see you as an abomination or man in a dress. While LGB people praise one another for being open about who they are or getting a partner, trans people praise each other just for their looks. While I can understand someone wanting to be a different gender, the same people advocating for transgenderism are usually the same people who want to abolish gender roles and be progressive. If you want no gender roles, why can't you just be who you are while conforming to the none of the expectations put upon you? Why pump yourself full of hormones because you don't think you're manly, therefore are actually a girl?
