evening all, i ve got some bad news for /cmmg/.
The BC NDP gov is planning a rewrite of the mineral titles act, which in the opinion of myself and a number of my friends in the industry will likely kill all future mineral exploration in the province. Attached is part of the proposed changes. The proposed changes to the filing of mineral / placer claim titles and permitting will result in the mineral exploration sector grinding to a halt here.

The only way to change this is with a change in government, and unfortunately NDP won the last provincial election a few months back.
