It's literally highschool students who try to make memes. And look at them, they are things like "Help Save America:Re-elect nobody" or "Enough is Enough"
These are 14 year old kids who are into memes, survived a school shooting, and are now trying to come up with memes to push their ideas. Looking at the wall and stuff they've made, they seem to be the kind of stuff you would find on 9gag.
My question was how are the Jews communicating, and from the articles you've linked me, your answer seems to be "through a bunch of teenagers who rented out an office in a strip mall in America"
