Mary is not Jesus' biological mother.
Mary is in fact a legal mother, just like Joseph is Jesus' legal father, but Jesus Christ was created in Mary's Womb.
Traditionalist Catholics reject a lot of things that the Pope has made Catholic Church Dogma, but they still follow after the Coredeemer, Mary mother of God trope. They also still keep Apocrypha, and will still carry the Latin Vulgate and the Douay-Rheims and still call it Eucharist, adhering to papal high priest version of the Lord's Supper communion, instead of proper adherance. That means they still gatekeep the church with the papacy.
You'd only be cool with a Latin Vulgate bible if you used it to give sermons like Hitler gave speeches in Nazi Germany, while looking like Cain or Gandalf.
