and they can't afford to learn modern farming techniques abroad, or buy equipment.
not true they have the full backing of the goverment but the goverment stop giving them money after several projects failed
when wil people accept that blacks are not the same as whites it doesnt matter how much money time or education you throw at them it wil fail time after time after time
