>>18609964>>18609959This one is a plain hotel I stayed in when visiting Albania. It was built in 5 years or so by local workers on behalf of some mini oligarch from that city. The dome is fucking huge and has no pillars. It's all stone btw.
Arches and domes were unlocked by romans 2 millenia ago and we've been making them without effort ever since ' I don't understand how the arc du triomphe, very basic, can puzzle you. The arch of Titus is 2000 years old almost and still standing.
