*Bonus- take a shot of apple cider vinegar each morning. You might also know that gargling it for 1-2 minutes per day can lower your voice significantly over the course of two weeks. HOWEVER, I strongly advise you to mix baking soda to your apple cider vinegar shot, as it will bond and cancel its corrosive properties. Not doing so would leave you to deal with a highly acidic compound, which could damage your tooth enamel.(The main goal is avoid drinks that are full of sugar and garbage chemicals. Coffee can be fine, but do not be a slave to caffeine.)
