Also, despite what he says, he's actually aware of the fact that he's underage and that his parents aren't cats, only he refuses to acknowledge it because he "can't break continuity", whatever that means. Though there are plenty of other things which he really is oblivious about, for example he actually believes himself to be a highly talented artist who has an entire network of TV shows and whatnot. He also can't tell the difference between a human and an anthro.
