>>18162961Andi blinks and laughs uneasily. She's never been much of a cook herself, beyond the skill of usually not putting things in the microwave that are going to break it if you turn it on, but Lillith's on a whole other plane. There's not knowing how to do things the right way, and then there's knowing how to do things the WRONG way. And then there's whatever's going on here. Worst of all, Lillith herself doesn't seem to have her hair tied up, or be wearing an apron, despite her own kitchen rules.
Andi has a knack for getting out of a bad situation a while past the time when she ought to have, and she's got the feeling this could be one of those if she's not careful. The thought of excusing herself to go take a much-needed shower (in the gym across town, and then not coming back for several hours), or even just simply vaulting over the counter and making a sprint for the parking lot, does occur to her. But there comes a point when things are going so wrong they might even wrap around into going right again. Could that be this? You've gotta take the ride to find out exactly where you're going. And she even likes Lillith, for some reason. Andi hastily ties an apron around her waist, and ties her hair back in her sweat-caked bandanna.
>"All right, Lillith. Let's do this!"
